Industry experts confirmed for 2022 show
Our industry-renowned conference is a huge draw for farmers looking for practical advice from the experts, which can be implemented at farm level. Here's a sneak peek at some of the speakers we have confirmed for the 2022 show. Energy Now Expo conference 2022:
  • Matt Edwards, senior policy advisor, Department for Transport, will discuss ‘Decarbonising our transport system – what’s the plan?’
  • Charlotte Powell, head of bioenergy and carbon removals – Innovation, BEIS, will cover ‘Biomass Feedstock Innovation programme – Increasing domestic supply of biomass to support net zero’
  • Kiara Zennaro, head of heat - green gas lead, REA, will update on the ‘Green Gas Support Scheme and other biogas incentives’
  • Laura Bishop, GSHPA chair, will outline ‘Ground source heating deployment in agriculture’
  • James Robottom, Onshore Wind Advocacy and Policy Manager, RenewableUK
  • Jon Swain, technical director at NFU Energy, will speak on ‘The future of heat without gas - how could this look?’
  • Genna Boyle, head of renewables & flexibility at Limejump, will cover the brilliantly named topic: ‘The electric crop - Maximising value from renewable generation’
