Caroline Mason is a seasoned sustainability and ESG expert with over 20 years of experience in food and farming. As CEO and Founder of Seeds To Thrive, she collaborates with organisations to embed sustainability into their practices across the food, farming, and consumer goods sectors.
Caroline's career includes pivotal roles at major UK retailers, where she honed her skills in developing and delivering comprehensive sustainability strategies. Her expertise spans the entire food supply chain, focusing on culture change programs, regenerative agriculture initiatives, and supply chain management.
Beyond her corporate work, Caroline is deeply committed to advancing sustainability. She serves as a Trustee for LEAF, Co-Founder and Chair of the Agriculture Wellbeing Hub, and mentor’s young women in sustainability careers. As an ICF-trained Embodied Systemic Coach and Group Facilitator, she brings a unique perspective to her work.
