Jack Bobo is the Director of the University of Nottingham’s Food Systems Institute. He previously served as the Director of Global Food and Water Policy at The Nature Conservancy and as the CEO of Futurity. Jack is the author of the 2021 book ‘Why smart people make bad food choices.’

It will also address the role communication can play in reducing polarization in the conversation around food to bring people together to identify solutions. If we can close the gap between consumers and producers, agriculture just might save the planet.
