I’ve been acting in the rural arena as a property lawyer for over 20 years, and my clients include private landowners, farmers, landowning charities and institutions. For the last 12 years I’ve been advising on the use of land for its Natural Capital benefits. I also advise on the sale of Biodiversity Net Gain (“BNG”) since its rise first as a concept and then as a requirement for development and on other aspects of Natural Capital such as Carbon Capture.
