Head of Heat and Biomass, The Association for Renewable Energy and Clean Technology

Samantha started her career in the Houses of Parliament, working for a number of MPs before moving into policy, public affairs, and strategic communications. Samantha joined the REA in January 2024, initially focusing on biomass power and Bioenergy Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS). In January this year, her role expanded to include responsibility for green gas, wood heat, deep geothermal, and energy from waste.
