Timothy Tasker
Tim established Timothy Tasker Architects in 2016 following a decade working for acclaimed architects in London. After receiving a commendation from the Bartlett – one of the country’s leading architecture schools – Tim went to Marks Barfield Architects where he was part of the design team who delivered the London Eye. He then spent three years working on the new Battersea Power Station development at double-stirling award winning Wilkinson Eyre Architects, where he developed a specialism in facade design.
This expertise has continued to evolve since the formation of the practice. From small domestic developments such as the Eco House in the Kent Weald through to an on-site mixed-use development in Central London where a complex building envelope has achieved a highly performing environmental design response.
Throughout the evolution of the practice, the concentration on designing highly performing, environmentally responsive interventions has increased, with the firmly held belief that as architects we have a duty to respond to the environmental crisis that we face.
