Uwe Schroeder has come full circle from growing up on a farm to running Cefera’s Ecosystems Services farming programme. 30 years of trading physical commodities across many geographies have given Uwe a strong focus on execution and logistics. ‘’We are in the business of supplying physical inputs grown on farms to food producers.
