During the set-up, exhibitors will directed to the unloading doors at the rear of the halls. Once you have off-loaded your goods, you must remove your vehicle to the Exhibitor Car Park in the Warwick & Conference Centre Car Park.
On show days exhibitors MUST follow the stewards’ instructions and park in the Exhibitor Car Park and not in any other car park on the Stoneleigh Park site.
Vehicles will be allowed access to the rear of the halls to begin loading after 16:30pm on Thursday 7 th March once it is deemed safe to do so.
