Risk Assessment & Method Statement

All Exhibitors MUST complete a full and thorough risk assessment covering your stand – including the stand set up and break down phase, along with the activities you intend to undertake on show days.

Your risk assessment must include, but is not limited to: vehicle movements, erection of stand, work at height (including the use of ladders), use of tools and/or machinery, use of portable electrical appliances, manual handling, slips, trips & falls, hazardous substances and fire, (this list is not exhaustive).

The Health and Safety Declaration Form and Risk Assessments must be completed by ALL exhibitors; evidence of your risk assessment and insurance certification MUST be available during the Show.

Space only exhibitors should ask their stand builders to do a risk assessment and submit this together with stand design plans and a method statement, and return to: standaudits@krmsafety.management by 6th February 2025.
